Developing a service whatever it may be is never quite as daunting as people first think. Dramanon like to consult at all levels of an organisation and help to provide ideas for our clients prior to embarking on any training package.
We often find ourselves in discussion over the phone, via email or in meetings with clients to ascertain the best way forward for any training project. Our aim is to take as little of our clients valuable time as possible, so apart from email and telephone conversations, a favoured way is to form a focus group representing people from different parts of the organisation to get a balanced view of the company. This usually takes half a day of key stakeholders’ time but is a valuable resource to draw upon to get most of the learning objectives and content right.
Our development stage usually involves initial research and a briefing/ rehearsal day that we invite our client to so that they can input on the final product before first showing.
To assess a training initiative is vital to any organisation and Dramanon try to encourage all organisations to do so whenever possible. Dramanon offer this service through focus group research following events and collate commentary and group and individual needs following the training. This information is provided to the client as an easy to read document.
Part of the assessment can be to provide an on line package following the training enabling a further monitoring of individuals learning in workplace context.
