Dramanon LLP are a leading provider of drama based training in the UK. The company has been in operation for over 11 years and have built up an enviable client base, including many Police and Fire services, Councils and NHS Trusts within the public sector alongside professional companies, law firms, retailers, construction and pharmaceutical companies within the private sector. Dramanon has expanded it’s activities during 2007 and now offer an exciting range of services including role-play, forum theatre, assessment, evaluation, consultation, full DVD production alongside conventional training models. We are seen as easily within a conference environment or delivering corporate messages at a trade show as we may be found delivering training within a class room environment.

  • Winning contracts through the European Tendering Process notably for Cambridgeshire Constabulary, Richmond Council & Surrey County Council
  • Supplying diversity awareness services to over 12 Councils and Authorities
  • Diversity trainer to the Metropolitan Police 2005
  • Invited to speak at ‘Celebrate,’ the showcase event of 2005 for the GPA in the presence of The Home Secretary
  • Taking cross cultural messages to Statoil in the presence of Their Royal Highnesses The King and Queen of Norway and the Prime minister of Norway 2004
  • Accredited with changing the culture of Alpha Retail to a customer focused organisation and helping them to win the prestigious Customer Achievement award in 2004/5

  • Initiating an award winning template model of Diversity for Kent Constabulary 2004 – 2008
  • Being a Provider of a unique Health and Safety Model of behaviour within the construction industry having provided a service on site to many thousand construction workers to improve overall safety on site. Also providing the option of Polish, Punjabi and Romanian speaking casts and facilitators.
  • Supporting the development of a Target Zero incident rate for The Carillion Group
  • Supported a step change for Dean and Dyball Civil Engineering enabling zero RIDDOR reportables incident rate from March 2007 to date.
